Built in 1992 by the Sherwood Park Kiwanis Club, this project is owned by the Province and is managed on the Province's behalf by Heartland Housing Foundation. This building is situated in an established residential community with excellent access to public transport and amenities.

Renters Insurance

Heartland Housing Foundation requires all renters to have personal property coverage and general liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $1 million.

Apartment Cost

A resident's monthly rent is based on 30% of the resident's gross monthly income and is reviewed and adjusted annually.

 

For Example: 

Annual Income = $16,000

Monthly Income = $1,333

30% Monthly Rent = $400
