Heartland Application for Accommodation

  • Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The interview will determine the suitability of the applicant for accommodation. Heartland Housing Foundation's acceptance of an application does not guarantee accommodation. A geriatric assessment may be requested after the interview at the manger's discretion.
  • If the interested applicant had a prior interview for another Heartland Housing Foundation property BEFORE March 1, 2018, the applicant must complete a new application and submit it before the deadline.
  • Once a unit is offered to an applicant, the applicant will agree to accept the unit when it becomes available. The individual will be responsible to pay rent once the unit is available.
  • Applicants whose application is not accepted after an interview will not be eligible for reapplication.
