Upcoming Open House: Fir Street Development

In October 2022, Strathcona County awarded Heartland Housing Foundation the parcel of land known as the former Clover Bar Lodge site on 100 Fir Street. The intended use of the land, per the County's Expression of Interest, is to continue providing more affordable housing options to the community, just as the Clover Bar Lodge and Apple Blossom Manor have for decades. We want to hear from you! Over the next few months, we will be hosting some engagement events for the purpose of information sharing and feedback gathering.

The first event is an Open House on September 13th, 2023 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. The event will be held in the atrium of the Robin Hood Association on 3 Spruce Avenue in Sherwood Park.
